FUND RAISING PROGRAM
What better way to raise money for your group then by selling travel? Most people love to travel- and EVERYBODY likes to save money! Combine the two and you have a great fund-raising opportunity for your group! With very little effort from your members you can raise a LOT of money!
Just sell discount coupons for travel to friends and family. Each coupon is good for a $75 discount on travel. Coupons can be combined (maximum 2 per trip- with some restrictions). YOU sell the coupons for $50 each. The good news?? You pay ONLY $40 for each coupon- a profit of $10 per coupon!!! The MORE coupons you sell the less your group pays and the more you make. As much as $15 PER COUPON is possible!
Just consider the possibilities- Sell just 10 coupons and your group can earn $100!!! Sell 100 coupons and you can earn $1000!! Sell 500 coupons and earn $6,250. Sell 1,000 coupons and earn even more- $15,000! There is NO limit to the earning potential your group can have!
Each promotional packet consists of the following-
1 poster for every member participating in fund raising.
2 coupon books for every member participating in fund raising. (A book is 5 coupons)
1 tracking sheet for fund raising organizer.
A coupon book consists of 5 coupons worth $75 each. Value of each book is $375. Cost of each book is $250 (or LESS depending on number of coupons sold).
Each promotion should run one month. All money collected and un-sold coupons must be returned at that time. There will be NO penalty for unsold coupons. HOWEVER- if more then 200 coupons are sold in any promotion then the cost PER coupon will be reduced to $37.50, this will result in an additional profit of $500 for your group. If more then 500 coupons are sold in any promotion then the cost PER coupon to your organization will be reduced to $35, resulting in an additional profit of $2500 for your group.
BREAKDOWN OF POTENTIAL PROFIT FOR YOUR GROUP 200-500 COUPONS (100 books) 500-1000 COUPONS ( 200 books) (NO LIMIT ON COUPONS SOLD) One person from the organization will be responsible for the distribution of posters, coupons and completing the tracking form. At the end of the promotion this person will be responsible for returning any unsold coupons, all monies collected and completed tracking form. Payment can be made by cash or check- NO credit cards will be accepted. ANY coupons not paid for will NOT be honored- there will be NO exceptions. Coupons become valid at the END of the promotion. *Some restrictions apply. All travel must be booked through Outta Here! A component is defined as airfare, car rental, hotel or resort, shuttle services, cruise, rail, travel insurance or motor coach tours. A service fee may be applied to some bookings. Each booking must be for 3 nights or longer. Gift certificates may be combined (maximum 2 per booking) but may NOT be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Certificates are transferable, but if lost or stolen can NOT be replaced. Certificates expire one year after issuance and travel must be BOOKED and deposited by the expiration date. Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash. Valid passports may be required for travel to some areas. Some all-inclusive resort packages have a $100 certificate value.
